Reservations

Reservations are accepted on a first-come first-served basis and
are not guaranteed until confirmed following receipt of deposit.
Deposits must be received within 1 week of reservation request.

Deposits

The amount of $400 per unit for the first week of rental, and $200 per
week for each additional week of rental. Deposit is refundable only if
the unit is re-rented for the entire period of time.
10% per week will be charged for cancellations.

Occupancy

Number of occupants must include all children and any overnight guests.
(Occupancy may not exceed registered guests).
Our cottage facilities and private beach are for registered guests only.

Room Taxes

A Commonwealth of Massachusetts room tax of 5.7% will be added to all quoted rental fees,plus a town tax of 4%.

Cancellations

Cancellations of reservation or any part thereof will be considered a forfeiture of the entire unit.
A refund will be granted only if the unit is re-rented for that same period of time by a different party.

Linen Service

Rates include linens.
Linens include weekly sheet and pillowcase changes and towel, washcloth and dishtowel exchanges on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Pets

Sorry, we do not allow pets
of any kind.

Extras

All units are equipped with full kitchens including microwave ovens,
telephones for local calls, cable TV, VCR's, free HBO and free *wireless internet access.
Peak season boat and trailer parking is available with advance notice.
