Bedroom #2: one full size bed, one twin size bed, 24” LED TV and DVD player, one sunny window, storage.
Living Room: full size futon couch, desk, 48” LED TV with cable/HBO, extensive movie, game, and book selections¸ large sunny picture window with expansive water views, lofted ceilings.
Kitchen: recently updated, full size stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, all dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans provided, both Keurig and drip coffee maker.
Bathroom: full size bathtub/shower combo, quartz countertop, bath towels and soaps provided.
Outdoor: 400 feet of private beach for all guests to enjoy; exclusive use of deck in front of #10; outdoor furniture and umbrellas for exclusive use of #10; gas grill available; private exterior entrance; free onsite parking.

PLEASE NOTE:  Smoking is not allowed inside unit. Due to allergies, we are an animal-free facility and no pets of any kind are allowed. Loft area is only for owner storage.
