Bedroom #1: one king size bed, two windows with one facing dune, plenty of storage.
Bedroom #2: one full size bed, one twin size bed, one window facing dune, quiet, storage.
Living Room: full size couch, 32” TV with cable/HBO, large sunny windows with water views, lofted ceiling.
Kitchen: recently updated, full size appliances including dishwasher, all dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans provided, drip coffee maker.
Bathroom: full size bathtub and shower combo, bath towels and soaps provided.
Outdoor: 400 feet of private beach for all guests to enjoy; exclusive use of deck and outdoor furniture in front of #17; gas grill available; private exterior entrance; free onsite parking.
PLEASE NOTE: There are no occupied units below #17. Smoking is not allowed inside unit. Due to allergies, we are an animal-free facility and no pets of any kind are allowed. Loft area is only for owner storage.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a reservation or any part thereof will be considered a forfeiture of the entire unit.
A deposit will only be refunded if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 30% of the total reservation is required at the time the reservation is made.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
