Located directly on the water, Unit #3 is an individual stand-alone beach cottage offering spectacular panoramic views of the beach, the bay, and the twinkling lights of Provincetown across the water.
One bedroom waterfront unit with heating and air conditioning. WiFi provided at no extra charge. Full unrestricted access to water and 400 feet of private beach.
Bedroom: one queen size bed, two windows, storage.
Living Room: full size futon couch, 32” TV with cable/HBO, sunny windows with expansive water views, lofted ceiling.
Kitchen: recently updated, full size appliances, quartz countertops, all dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans provided, drip coffee maker.
Bathroom: walk-in shower, bath towels and soaps provided.
Outdoor: 400 feet of private beach for all guests to enjoy; exclusive use of deck in front of #3; outdoor furniture, umbrellas, shower, and clothesline for exclusive use of #3; gas grill available; private exterior entrance; free onsite parking.
PLEASE NOTE: Smoking is not allowed inside unit. Due to allergies, we are an animal-free facility and no pets of any kind are allowed. Loft area is only for owner storage.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a reservation or any part thereof will be considered a forfeiture of the entire unit.
A deposit will only be refunded if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 30% of the total reservation is required at the time the reservation is made.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
